I’m Lisa Bettini Moro. I’ve been a physical fitness professional for over 35 years, specializing in corrective exercise, spinal stabilization and strength and fitness over 50. I’m a certified health and wellness coach and holistic nutritionist dedicated to helping people change their lifestyle habits in food, exercise, sleep & stress management to stay healthy and vibrant naturally. My job is to help you navigate this modern environment that now works against your health, and help you discover what you can do to take back your power and achieve the health and fitness level you want.
