This means that most health issues and diseases today are lifestyle-related and can be prevented, improved, or even reversed with the right changes in daily habits. Unfortunately, traditional medicine is limited in its ability to help patients heal from lifestyle-related aging and health conditions without individuals making necessary adjustments in areas like diet, physical activity, stress, and sleep. Physicians today simply do not have the time or resources to coach patients through the lifestyle change process, which is often exactly what they need. This is why health and fitness coaches and professionals are now vital as an adjunct to clinical healthcare, and why a holistic approach for healthy aging is essential.

What is Holistic Health Coaching?

The word “holistic” simply means an approach to achieving optimal well being that addresses all aspects of an individual’s health, including:

As a holistic health and nutrition coach specializing in optimal aging, I guide clients through the process of uncovering what they can change in any or several of these areas and how to do it, without losing the parts of their lives that they love and enjoy.
